New Simex RW400 wheel on the jobsite

Simex expands its range of utility installation equipment with the new RW 400, the wheel trencher designed for mini- and micro-trenching applications.
Designed for skid steer loaders, this new attachment delivers high performance on asphalt, concrete, and rock, making it ideal for fiber-optic cable installation and localized excavation work in urban environments.
The cutting depth can be adjusted from 200 to 400 mm (optional hydraulic adjustment), allowing the machine to be quickly adapted to different jobsite requirements.

Clean excavation and operational precision

The new RW 400 has been developed to ensure continuous operationcutting precision, and optimal management of excavated material. The side discharge plate directs the excavated material outside the skid steer’s travel path, improving jobsite cleanliness and reducing interference during operation.

New diamond tools for 25 mm and 35 mm trenches

Available with either a monolithic wheel or segmented wheel, the new trencher can be configured to meet specific operational requirements, offering outstanding versatility.
To complement this innovation, Simex is also introducing a new tool specifically designed for mini- and micro-trenching applications with trench widths ranging from 25 to 30 mm, featuring a special diamond coating.
Thanks to this special diamond coating, the tool provides greater wear resistancehigh performance on asphalt and concrete, and a significant reduction in maintenance requirements.
