Hitachi marks the transition to a new era of Integrated solutions

Hitachi

Stand M3-N4, hall 10

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (HCME) will demonstrate its evolution from equipment manufacturer to solution provider on 6-9 May 2026 at SaMoTer in Verona. A diverse range of machines, factory-integrated technologies and life-cycle services will be on display at the international construction equipment trade show on stand M3-N4 (Hall 10), which is designed around the theme of ‘The Reliable Orange’.
This concept underlines the equipment’s proven engineering performance, and its reputation for long-term durability, maximum uptime, ultimate safety and reduced lifecycle costs.

As Hitachi undergoes its transition to LANDCROS and embraces a solutionoriented approach, ‘The Reliable Orange’ reinforces the brand’s historic strengths. Throughout Samoter, the complete Italian dealer network will be present at the stand, reinforcing the brand’s long-standing commitment to the Italian market.

Stand highlights

The 780m2 stand will host six machines, which have been specially selected to represent key segments of the European construction market. This includes two popular medium crawler excavators (the ZX135US-7B and ZX210LCN-7) and the versatile ZX135W-7 wheeled excavator, accompanied by the ZW310-7 wheel loader. Making its European debut is a compact super long front machine – the ZX95US-7 SLF – specially designed for dredging with 10m reach.

“Each machine has been selected to demonstrate a specific application focus,” says Bill Drougkas, HCME Manager Product Management, “from deep trenching and confined urban excavation projects to heavy-duty infrastructure and high-capacity quarry loading.”
Visitors will also see the ZX300-7 in action in the SaMoTer demonstration area and a ZX225US-7 at the Leica Geosystems stand.

Engaging the next generation

The stand will also feature LANDCROS Play, an interactive area designed to engage operators and visitors through skill-based activities and digital experiences. This underlines the company’s commitment to operator development and attracting the next generation of professionals into the construction industry.
Throughout SaMoTer, representatives from the Italian Hitachi dealer network will be present on the stand, reinforcing the brand’s longstanding commitment to the market.

“At SaMoTer, we will present a clear and confident message,” says HCME President & CEO Francesco Quaranta. “With a well-balanced portfolio of machines, advanced technology solutions, and a renewed brand identity, we demonstrate that reliability is not only engineered but embedded to the highest standards.”
